	Less than a minute after I had meticulously arranged 25 playing cards on the floor to photograph them for a puzzle, my cat decided she could improve things.

	I've started taking many of my puzzles up to the local coffeeshop where I hang out way to often. Many of the college students have found playing with the puzzles is much more fun the studying for their exams. The current master (mistress? queen?) of puzzledom is Tracy. She has managed to solve three of my puzzles... more than anyone else so far. Here she holds the solved Global Equality puzzle which was featured at my Spring 2006 Puzzle Party. 6 December 2006.
	I watch as friend-in-puzzles, Wei-Hwa, tackles one of my creations. We spent the whole afternoon sitting at the Google campus talking puzzle-craft.

	Dorothy clued me in on the very informal kickball games that occur in Auburn on Sundays. This first day I just spectated, but I may participate in the future.
	Lauren got a spiffy new digital camera for Christmas. So spiffy that it lets her see pictures of herself as she takes them (and I just happen to be hanging around in the background). 6 January 2005.

	This cross-eyed tuxedo cat has started hangout on the western side of my house.
	I've started to try to document the various cats that have been visiting my house and yard of late (not including my own and my neighbor's 3 felines). Here's a long haired black fellow.
	I love maps. So when I decided to get a wall map of the United States, I went BIG. This sucker is 140" x 90" (those are my boots next to it in the foreground).
	How does one protect a 12' long, unglued, outdoor, LEGO mosaic from 40 mph winds?
	I took this photograph of Sarah 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, and 12 seconds ago...
	Anyone who knows me would not be surprised that I'd take a picture of the Toys R Us in Times Square. Anyone who really knows me would expect me to take such a picture when 50 foot tall billboards featuring Carmen Kass are above the storefront. 23 June 2004.
