Return To Wilmore Dam
The first walk I took a video of (and the walk that inspired me to start Offbeat Auburn webpages) was at the beginning of 2019 when I discovered Wilmore Dam in the southern reaches of Auburn. Today I visted the site again to see if much had changed during the past two years. I was pleased to see that very little had changed. The area is still very wooded. The City of Auburn has plans to develop some of the many acres near the dam into parks and recreational facilities, so I do not know how long the environment will remain wild.Below are a few video clips I took on my way to the area (it's very similar to the first documented excursion, really):
