Chewacla State ParkToday was an absolutely perfect Spring day for walking. I decided to walk out to Chewacla State Park and take videos of several locations. In the compilation below I visit some places familiar to me, some places new to me, and even track down an artifact from a Puzzle Party held nine years ago...
I was not the only one who realized how great the weather was. Chewacla State Park was the busiest I have ever seen it. Families, mountain bikers, hikers, everyone... it was nice to see so many people enjoying the outdoors. By the way, the "hidden falls" that I highlight in the first video clip above is actually where "Gin - Saw Hole" is. This location is referenced in the text of historic sign in the last video clip. A gin and sawmill used to be there.
