Omino Font
My interests in typography, geometry, puzzles, and the alphabet all collided recently when I designed a font that allows one to conveniently insert pentominoes into typed documents.
Here is a PDF describing the font and how to easily remember which keys map to which shapes (the document also uses the Omino font often, so you can see its convenience).
If you would like to use the Omino font yourself, here is a .zip file with the True Type font file.
Let me know if it proves useful for you!
If the reader enjoys pentominoes as much as I do, he or she may want to investigate my book about them or website about them.
